Cheryl P. Morley
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Monsanto

Ms. Morley is currently responsible for leading Monsanto’s Dairy and Swine businesses — including sales and marketing, manufacturing, and research and development.

Prior to this position, she was the Strategic Planning and Commercial Development Lead in the Animal Ag business of Monsanto. She also has served the role of New Business Lead in Plant Biotechnology. In previous years, Ms. Morley assumed a number of business and leadership positions within G.D. Searle, the NutraSweet company, and Nabisco. She was also a CPA with Ernst and Young.

Ms. Morley holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Arizona. She is active in a number of organizations and currently is on the Board of Directors of the Animal Health Institute. She holds Advisory Board positions for St. Joseph’s Hospital/SSM Healthcare and St. Louis University’s Business Women in Leadership Program, and is on the Advisory Council of St. Louis OASIS (an organization that works to enrich the lives of older adults).

Ms. Morley was awarded the YWCA Leadership Award in 1998, and in 1988 was named a Fellow by Leadership Greater Chicago, an organization that identifies and develops potential community leaders.
